Richard Neal gets ready to endorse Barack Obama for president (The Republican)

WASHINGTON - U.S. Rep. Richard E. Neal, D-Springfield, who developed a friendship with President Clinton during eight years in the White House and campaigned extensively for his wife, U.S. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton in her bid for the presidential nomination, is expected to endorse Democratic presumptive nominee, Barack H. Obama, R-Ill.
